Private Fitness Studio Exclusively for Our Clients
We created our own private fitness studio equipped with everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Unlike the big gyms that hire trainers primarily to be salesmen, BodyBosselini Fitness hires trainers that are dedicated to our client's fitness needs. No uninspired trainers, no boring routines or unsafe fitness fads here. With over 30 years of weight training experience, our clients are sure to receive safe and effective training from an experienced and enthusiastic trainer.
Structured Private Personal Training Sessions
Private Personal Training sessions are recommended for those with specific training needs that require individual attention. We recommend private sessions for those who: are more than 100 pounds overweight and need a specific training plan, aging adults who require special training to increase functional fitness, middle school or HS athletes looking to improve performance, or those preparing for a particular life event or physical activity. Energetic Semi Private Group Classes
Our semi private small group classes are taught in the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format. This training format is perfect for weight loss, cardio respiratory endurance, and increased muscle development. Classes are limited to 4 people at a time in order for the trainer to be able to give individual attention to each member. Group classes are a great way to stay motivated by people with similar fitness goals. Check our schedule for class times and days.
